Refund Policy

At Vysero, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for all products, whether due to a defect, damage upon arrival, or a change of heart.

Return Timeframe

  • Change of Heart: Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Defective/Damaged (Dead on Arrival – DOA): Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the item.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.
  • Missing accessories (e.g., installation brackets, USB cables) may result in a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
  • Any modified items or items damaged on purpose are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Full Refund: Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Shipping Costs & Return Label

  • Defective/Damaged Items (DOA): Vysero will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Change of Heart Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for these returns.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-heart returns.

Warranty vs. Refunds

  • If a product is defective after use, it must go through Vysero’s warranty service instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
  • Items returned after the 30-day (change of heart) or 10-day (damaged/defective) period after arrival .
  • Modified items or items intentionally damaged by the customer.
  • International Orders: We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit your account and hit return on your order number and reason for return.
  2. If the item is defective/damaged, include photos of the issue.
  3. Our team will provide further instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label (for defective items).
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
